Message from our CEO  

2011 has been a year where we have seen both our sales and EBITDA increase by an incredible 300%. Recurring revenue has also increased in the same period by a similar percentage. 

CloudXL continue to benefit from a range of business critical services and we are increasingly able to win new business from larger competitors by offering innovated solutions that help clients meet cost saving targets and improve business processes.  

We have continued to win awards in 2011 including Converged Solutions at the Comms Business Awards and we were finalists in B2B and Customer Care at the Essex Business Awards. This has been a testament to our ability to provide winning solutions in the current difficult market. 

I am particularly pleased with the successful implementation of the upgrade for Towergate and the work we have achieved with Camden Council in upgrading their telephony platform. We have had a very busy year acquiring both the Universal business and the Network Resource Group business and all three organisations are now merged together at our Head Offices. The integration of the processes has gone very well and we are now able to provide solutions via our multi-pop network. 

The other exciting developments for this year is our ability to deploy large-scale video conferencing solutions, which include the implementation of a 10 site Lifesize video conferencing solution for The National Union of Teachers. 

The product strategies developed in 2011 give us a stable platform to achieve growth in 2012 and we’re very excited about what the future holds.
